Social Media & Content, governed.

This is one of three instruments strategy directs at WYND — never a service bought on its own.

What it is.

Social media and content, at WYND, is the brand's owned presence — its channels and the content that runs on them — built and run to enact decisions the strategy has already made. It covers what a brand says, where, and in what voice, kept consistent with the position the strategy has set.

It does not mean a content calendar filled to a cadence, or a channel run for its own engagement metrics. Method stays descriptive here — no branded framework, no proprietary process name.

How strategy directs it.

The governing layer decides what the brand's owned presence is for before a single post is planned: what the channel mix should be, what the content is meant to move (awareness, consideration, a specific decision), and what “working” means by the strategy's own terms.

Social media and content then executes against that brief and answers back up to the strategy that commissioned it — never running on its own momentum, and never filling a calendar because a calendar exists.

Accountable, not outsourced.

WYND directs this instrument, enforces its standards, and answers for it — the same single point of accountability that governs every family under the operating model.

There is no separate vendor to chase if something in the content layer goes wrong; the accountability sits where the strategy sits.

When the fit is real, it starts with a conversation.
